It is hard enough to get a customer but keeping them should not be, all you have to do is to keep your word. The things that you promised, do them. If you are not sure of something just tell the customer you will do your best to try to find the answer and then do just that and if you can not find the answer right away let them know that do not keep them waiting to here from you. YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE YOUR BUSINESS treat them as such. Without them you will not have a business.

Our Company

Over 20 years ago working for another coffee service in Atlanta GA. I work as a door to door sales representative selling coffee to large and small business for 3 years. I was called home because of my mothers illness and I brought some of this very coffee home. While at home my family started drinking this new coffee (SUNBELT) and fell in love with it. After my mothers death, I went to the owners of the GA office and they agreed and I start my own distributorship right here in (Ohio).
