REVIEW
Well, I have done some SERIOUS reviewing of the film, and if you watch it about 50 times like I did it gets boring. It's been so boring I've been counting the hair on the Prez's head. Well maybe not, but it's getting boring. The movie still rules. I've noticed in some parts that the film is a different type and it is so much more clear. Like the part I noticed it at was the dogfight over LA. THE MOVIE STILL ROCKS! 4 Stars **** ahhh what the hey add on one more for the acting! *****

STORY
You all know this much...July 2nd they arrive, July 3rd they attack, and July 4th is Independence Day, the day we fight back!
It's a War of the Worlds...how should I say it...remake. It starts off when unidentified objects are picked up by satellite
and then the "objects" enter our atmosphere. The skies are ablaze. Then the ship themselves come out. The world is in total
panic.
Capt Steven Hiller (Will Smith), a US Marine, is called away to go "whoop ETs butt." His stripteasing fiance (Vivica Fox) is scared.
Then Steve turns into a romantic soap star type, acting dramatic and telling her everything is going to be all right.
David Levinson (Jeff Goldblum) finds a message embeded in a satellite feed. Then a countdown starts. David gets his
father (Judd Hirsch) to drive him to D.C. from NYC to tell the President. David's ex works with the President so she gets the President
to listen to David. Then the destruction starts. Then after that the ships start destroying the major AFB's in the US.
