STONELEIGH ~ SONGS OF WORSHIP, REFRESHING AND VISION FOR THE CHURCH ON THE MOVE

This is a list of my favorite songs for Piano ~~Most Used in Sunday Night Live Outreach and UNB Campus "Church In The Sub" once a month on Campus: My first love ~ LYRICS:

My first love is a blazing fire, I feel His pow'rful love in me; for he has kindled a flame of passion, and I will let it grow in me. And in the night I will sing Your praise, my love. And in the morning I'll seek your face, my love. And like a child I will dance in your presence, oh, let the joy of heaven pour down on me. I still remember the first day I met You, and I don't ever want to lose the fire, my first love.

My first love is a rushing river, A waterfall that will never nease; And in the torrent of tears and laughter, I feel a healing power released. And I will draw from Your well of life, my love, And in your grace I'll be satisfied, my love.

Restore the years of the church's slumber, Revive the fire that has grown so dim; Renew the love of those first encounters, That we may come alive again. And we will rise like the dawn throughout the earth, Until the trumpet announces Your return.

Mourning into dancing ~ Where there once was only hurt ~

Where there once was only hurt, He gave His healing hand; where there once was only pain, He brought comfort like a friend. I feel the sweetness of His love piercing my darkness. I see the bright and morning sun as it ushers in His joyful gladness, He's turned my mourning into dancing again, He's lifted my sorrow. I can't stay silent, I must sing for His joy has come. His anger lasts for a moment in time; but His favour is here and will be on me for all my lifetime.

Jesus, lover of my soul: LYRICS

Jesus, lover of my soul, all consuming fire, is in Your gaze. Jesus, I want You to know, I will follow You all my days. For no-one else in history is like You, and history itself belongs to You. Alpha and Omega, You have loved me, and I will share eternity with You. It's all about You, Jesus, and all this is for You, for Your glory and Your fame. It's not about me, as if You should do things my way; You along are GOD, and I surrender--to Your ways.

Show Your power ~ LYRICS:

He is the Lord, and He reigns on high; He is the Lord. Spoke into the darkness, created the light. He is the Lord. Who is like unto Him, never ending in days; He is the Lord. And He comes in power when we call on His name. He is the Lord. Show Your power, O Lord our god show Your God, our God. Your God our God.

Your gospel, O Lord, is the hope for our nation; You are the Lord. It's the power of God for our salvation. You are the Lord. We ask not for riches, but look to the cross; You are the Lord. And for our inheritance give us the lost. You are the Lord.

Sometimes when I feel Your love ~ LYRICS (I love Your love)

Sometimes when I feel Your love as I walk along the busy street, I whisper Your name under my breath. And sometimes when I feel Your torch in the quiet place of my room. I sing Your name in adoration. And there are times when I feel like I'm bursting with Your love, so strong and so true; and in my heart I feel such a yearning, and I want all the world to know You love them too. love Your love, gonna shout it out aloud, I love Your love, wan-na tell the world about it. I love Your love, 'cause I've found it to be true, and I live to love You, too.

All I once held dear (Knowing You): LYRICS

All I once held dear, built my life upon, all this world reveres, and wars to own, all I once thought gain I have counted --loss; spent and worthless now, compared to this. Knowing You , Jesus, knowing You, there is no greater thing. You're my all, You're the best,--You're my joy, my righteousness, and I love You, Lord--

Now my heart's desire is to know You more, to be found in You; and known as Yours. to possess by faith, what I could not earn, All-surpassing gift of righteousness.

Oh, to know the power of Your Risen Life, and to know You in Your sufferings. To become like You, In Your death, my Lord, So with You to live and never die.
