SiFu Popovic Zeljko, representing Yugoslavia and the Balkan Union of Ving Tsun Kung Fu and Yugoslavian and representative of the Furopean Ving Tsun Kung Fu Federation, Speaking at the First Congress of the European Ving Tsun Kung Fu Federation. Seated is SiFu Cristian Butaru, representing the Romainia Wing Chun Kung Fu Federation. He was also respesenting Si Jo Don Grose, of the Internationa Ving Tsun Kung Fu Federation and the Tucson Ving Tsun Academy, USA at the congress.
