In Loving Memory Of

Perry Armstrong

D-6208

1942 - 1998

At approximately 5:00 pm PST, on the 19th day of March, year of our Lord 1998, one of our most loved members of the Air Trash Brotherhood perished in a mid-air plane crash over Corona, Ca. Perry Armstrong was one of our best loved brothers. His persona and dedication to the sport and the brotherhood was a model for us all. We will truly miss him.

History

High FLight

Oh, I have slipped the surly bonds of earth, and danced the skies on laughter silver wings; Sunward I've climbed, and joined the mirth of sun split clouds..and done a hundred things you have not dreamed of..wheeled and soared and swung high in the sunlit silence. Hov'ring there, I've chased the shouting wing along, and flung my eager craft through footless halls of air.

I've topped the windswept heights with easy grace where never lark or even eagle flew. And while with silent, lift-mind, I've trod the untrespassed sanctity of space, put out my hand, and touched the face of God.
