    Rot-Sa Ruck!
I have always beleived that it is never too late to start learning Kung Fu. I trained with Sifu Duncan Leung for 10 years - off and on. I started at 28 years old, trained 4 years, moved away and came back 9 years later. I was 45 then. I wanted to pick up where I left off and excell. Aging actually made me a little wiser and focused on training. I beleive I learned well and got to be pretty good. You simply cannot expect much, though, because age does slow you down (so does weight). But, if you do not expect to become a "Master," you can learn a lot of things that will enhance your life. I am 54 now and I am in front of a computer, but my Wing Chun will always be with me.
Sifu Duncan Leung is the best! I have seen him train all - a blind man, a man with 1 eye, 1 leg, and 1 arm, a fat man (400lbs). His teaching style is adaptive - so is Wing Chun.
Stop talking about it, "just do it!"
    Good Luck

    Wayne
