Stevie Nicks FAQ

Pieces of Stevie's journal were posted on the Nicks Fix following the September 11th terrorist attack in New York. Stevie openly welcomed her family of fans to share her emotions and pain. It is truly a remarkable time, and Stevie Nicks is truely a remarkable person.

Take Me Home..

"Trouble in Shangri-La"

Enchanted

As she spun away from Fleetwood Mac, Stevie Nicks made herself an icon and a legend. To this day, she continues to enchant people with her personal lyrics and legendary voice.

With her first solo album, "Bella Donna," selling over eight million copies to date, Stevie Nicks has paved a way for woman artists. During a time when there really were not many solo female artists, Stevie became a legend in her own right, while remaining faithful to Fleetwood Mac. She has inspired generations of people and artists, including Sheryl Crow and Coutney Love.

Stevie Nicks has been through a lot in her life, but she continues to fight on and live on. What she has accomplished in her lifetime, most cannot do in three.

Stevie performed a small tour in December and January 1999/2000 at various House of Blues, and ending at the Sun Theatre in Anaheim. I had the chance to attend two shows- 12/28 at the LA HOB and 1/9 at the Sun Theater in Anahiem.

Read my reviews: December 28, 1999 LA House of Blues, -OR- January 9, 2000 Anaheim Sun Theatre And if that ain't enough, click here for fan reviews from Nicks Fix.

YES, I was one of the lucky fans who was at Lilith Fair in 1999 when Stevie came onstage to sing "Strong Enough" with Sheryl Crow!(Picture from Lilith Fair Website Rose Bowl, 7/17/99)

Stevie joined a miriad of woman artists for Stormy Weather 2002, which took place at The Wiltern in Los Angeles on 11/13. Stevie sang "Landslide" and Etta James' "Sunday Kind of Love" with a 75-piece orchestra behind her. It was an amazing concert filled with talented artists such as Reba McIntyre, Sheryl Crow, Joni Mitchell, Norah Jones, Michelle Branch, Paula Cole, and Susan Tdeschi.
