Okay, here's the thing. This is what we'd call the announcement or "mumble" page where we (The Ringmasters Inc.) can announce stuff to our members concerning the ring. We also can broach whatever topic we conceive here and seek opinions from our members regarding anything unorthodox we might conceive for the page or the ring
First things first, The Ringmasters Inc. would once again like to thank all those who supported our web ring in order to make it what is it today. We really couldn't have done it without your help.
Next on the agenda, this announcement would more or less concern non-members (see?! we give importance to you too!). Because of the steadily increasing number of ring members, just for fun (and a silly, cockamamie scheme from one of us) we have decided to award a special graphic to the 100th member. For prestige, for fun-- who knows? It'd be great to have a nice, new standout graphic from the rest of the regular humdrum graphics ,is not?
Calling all ICAns! Calling all ICANs! The Ringmasters Inc. is encouraging more ICAns to join the web ring. It's not as if we are discouraging Xavierians but ICAns compose only around 1/4th if the web ring population. We are inviting people with hps from both schools to join. It's sort of this connection thing which is the same reason for the chat room, the Acquaintance Parties and now the web ring.
We would like to apologize if addition to the ring would take a little while. As school starts, studies will be our most important priority from then on. So, while it's still vacation, it is most advisable to join now for a quick addition to the ring!
