 I started on May 16, 1986.
I graduated boot camp on August 24, 1986.
I went to OCS in December of 1986 which was held at Marine Corps Air Station El Toro. It was a five day training program from the 26-30 December.
We had four officers that graduated and we were all assigned different assignments. I was in charge of forming a drill team for competitions.
Soon after forming this drill team.
The other officers seemed to lose interest and I stayed faithfully to my unit. I soon became the Young Marine CO of Tustin Young Marines.
I served in the Young Marines as active young marine until July 1988. Then I was honorably discharged.
