Is our vision close-up,
Ourselves very near-sighted?
There's so much more to be seen,
With eyes that are far-sighted!

'Tis said in the Bible,
God's people need a vision;
A PURPOSE…a PLAN…a GOAL,
And, a DESTINATION.

God's truly blessed us,
For He's given eyes to see;
His ultimate PURPOSE for us,
Is one of Unity.

Some can see His PURPOSE,
In their lives today;
Well and good…necessary,
So, on His pathway…we shall stay.

His PLAN for others closeby,
So near and dear to us;
Not always exactly the same,
That's why…in His voice, we must trust.

Be sensitive to how He's leading,
Not run with "herd-fever";
Leaving others free to hear,
Even when, from us, it differs.

His GOAL…He's set before us,
Like Him…we are to be;
Growing into His fulness,
One with Him and each other…Unity.

And, that DESTINATION,
At the end of Life's Journey;
The Place He's prepared for us,
That four-squared…Celestial City!
