We have been told…it has been said,
Judge not, or you shall be;
No truer words were spoken,
On this, we all agree.

For with the measure we put out,
The same comes back…you see;
And, when we judge another,
Judged then…also, are we.

Our words come back to haunt us,
And, haunt us they shall do;
Exactly the same force put out,
Comes back to me and you.

So, let our words be seasoned,
With love, mercy, and grace;
Then, what comes back to us,
Won't be to our disgrace!
