************
Isn't it remarkable,
The "puzzle" called "our lives";
We try to figure out just where we fit,
Oh, how our finite minds contrive!
Until, one day some pieces fit,
A portion of this "puzzle"…we see;
Oh, excitement…pure delight,
Direction…now…have we.
Day by day this discovery,
An adventure set before us;
We are becoming the person we shall be,
It's so easy…now…no fuss.
As each piece is added on,
More and more we do see;
It delights the eyes and heart,
This person…we shall be.
Sometimes others help us,
A missing piece they find;
It's coming together now,
As this "puzzle" begins to unwind.
It's the colors and their shades,
That make it hard to see;
Just what the finished "puzzle",
Shall look like…shall be.
And, are we all the same,
Then, "puzzle" is not the word;
I know enough of human nature,
To know this is absurd!
For, each of us so different,
Each one is so unique;
Not even identical twins,
Exactly the same…so-to-speak!
Yet, isn't it amazing,
How…with each one so different;
Our God has a solution,
A way to make us ONE?
Each one of us is different,
Yet, He reaches the heart of man;
We begin to see our "puzzle",
And, how even we…so complex…fit into His plan.
So, are we many "puzzles",
Each one…in themselves…complete?
Or, if all of our "pieces" were thrown together,
For our God…not too large a feat.
You bring your "puzzle pieces",
And, I shall bring mine…too;
Then, we shall see what our God,
Has always planned to do.
Not many, many "puzzles",
Stretched out...across the land;
But, one HUGE…perfect picture;
JESUS…God's link between Himself and man.
I thank You, Father, for Your provision,
Of the very many…making us ONE;
ONE…in Christ Jesus,
IN HIM…this "puzzle" is done!
