What has been my purpose,
What has been my plan;
One hundred and fifty…poems,
To cover every area and span?

Something for the young believer,
Something for the old…seasoned one;
The searching heart and those who have found,
The fearful and also the bold ones.

Shown the way our LORD has led me,
All the days of my life;
But, your own experiences you must have,
The good…the bad…happiness and strife.

I know He'll prove Himself,
Faithful to His Word;
And, you shall grow to love Him,
This God…whom we serve.

A RELATIONSHIP…is His desire,
To be so ONE with us;
Not a set of rules that govern,
Leadership by His Spirit…in Him we trust.

So, think on these things,
As on your journey…you do go;
Dare to be different,
If indeed…He tells you so.

Love God with your whole heart,
Let Him have the final Word;
Be led by His Spirit,
In your life…let Him be LORD!
