Lk. 6:19 "And the whole multitude sought to touch him: for there went virtue out of him, and healed them all."

And, virtue…power…strength,
Flowed out from our LORD;
Whenever there's a battle,
Territory won…for our God.

As in those days…also today,
For flesh and blood are not the foe;
These battles fought in the heavenlies,
And, with the victory…we too are brought low.

JESUS had to distance Himself,
Alone with His Father…be;
Regain the strength only He can give,
It's the same for you and me.

So, with His full armour on,
As, into battle we do go;
Let's remember…He, the victory's won,
And, trust our LORD to make it so.

When we become weary,
From all the battles…every day;
Distance ourselves…get on our knees,
And, to our heavenly Father…pray.

Communing with our God,
He will refresh and restore;
Our spirit growing stronger,
We're now ready to do battle…some more.
