Have you lived long enough…
Been totally aware;
Of just how much Father loves us,
How very much He cares?

There are times…in each and every life,
When we come to the end of ourselves;
See our need for someone’s help,
Cry out…on bended knee.

Father knows just what we need,
Before we even pray;
He sets the wheels in motion,
He’s always on time…without delay.

His timetable not as ours,
But He’s never late;
When we believe He has heard us,
When the answer comes by faith…not fate.

But, be prepared to get your answer,
In His way…not our own;
For His ways are far above our ways,
The end from the beginning…He has known.

Jehovah-Jireh…our Provider,
He will take care of every need;
Be it physical or spiritual,
To our prayers…He will always heed!

Is there a physical need in your body,
Or a loved-one…perhaps a friend?
He is the Healer of our body,
On that we can depend.

Sometimes a miracle performed,
Supernaturally and spontaneous;
A “touch” from Almighty God,
With this “touch”…He is more than gracious.

Sometimes healing comes in another way,
Perhaps He uses doctors;
They may…cut away,
But, only Father can bring the healing.

Sometimes Father chooses ways unknown to us,
He may decide to take us “Home”;
Do not be dismayed…Heaven is the ultimate,
A place of total peace…where He is on the Throne.

Our loved-ones who have gone on,
Missed…they shall surely be;
But, we have this blessed hope,
That they…again…we shall see.

Jehovah-Jireh…our Provider,
He will take care of every need;
Be it physical or spiritual,
To our prayers…He will always heed!

Oftimes we’re in a spiritual desert,
Dead as dry bones…are we;
The heavens are as brass,
Our Heavenly Father…we cannot see.

In this desert…we are tempted,
Much as our Lord was, too;
For Christ Jesus what was the answer,
When He was tempted…what did He do?

Christ Jesus said, “It is written…”;
Not just on a scroll…but in His heart;
He called on that Word of God,
And, the Tempter…had to depart.

Like as Him…so are we,
When low and sorely tempted;
Call on that Word…the Written Word,
From our heads, to our hearts…quickened.

Then, no matter what comes our way,
We can accept as His will;
For He knows what is best for us,
What He has begun…He shall also fulfill.

Jehovah-Jireh…our Provider,
He will take care of every need;
Be it physical or spiritual,
To our prayers…He will always heed!
