Nothing is forever,
So take the time today;
Tell them how much you love them,
Show them how much you care.

Little things may go unnoticed,
As days rush into years;
But always be there for them,
Sometimes to wipe away their tears.

How can we help but reach out,
To those who are so dear;
Just to be there for them,
Help them when they have fears.

Yes, nothing is forever,
Our time here…quickly spent;
Make that time something special,
For our time here is only lent.

Leave your mark upon the earth,
To show…that here you’ve been;
Let that mark be one of LOVE,
Against indifference…intervene.

Let a little taste of Heaven,
Reach down into each life;
Let Father’s Love be seen,
Dispelling hatred and strife.

All of this earth shall pass away;
While we are here…though,
Spread a little LOVE around…today!
