The GRACE OF GOD,
So very far-reaching;
His hand extended to us,
We’re forever in His keeping.

Is His GRACE license to sin,
To do just as we please;
Or to sit back and do nothing,
To sit back…have a life of ease?

Perhaps, we may rationalize,
Think we can sin and then confess;
Use this GRACE as a license,
And, He will overlook this mess?

But, no…not His intention,
For He knows how we are made;
For it’s He who has made us,
To bring Him glory…all our days.

Without Him…we can do nothing,
Try as try…we may;
Sooner or later we shall see,
Sooner…He hopes…with no delay.

The GRACE OF GOD,
Designed by Him to free;
Liberty…freedom for us,
That’s His desire…plan for you and me.

Let’s not frustrate His GRACE,
Use it as He intended;
To bring glory to His name,
And…our neighbor not offended.

Our own abilities have limits,
But His GRACE knows no bounds;
We’re set free IN Christ Jesus,
In our lives…let His GRACE abound.

Let’s not frustrate THE GRACE OF GOD,
Accomplish His will…His plan;
Not in our own abilities,
But, by His GRACE far-reaching to man.

We’ll not frustrate His GRACE,
Nor use it as license to sin;
Liberty…set free are we,
By His GRACE…Heaven…enter in!
