This homepage has been designed to be used as a directory for any student or parent searching for career and/or college information. It will be updated weekly with current school information of dates, events, and important stuff to remember.

Amador   High   School's   Career   Center   has   thunderful   "stuff"....Roam   in   and   check   it   out!

Amador High School's Career Center is located in the library. The Center is open during school hours. There students can investigate occupational choices and make use of a variety of career information materials with the assistance of the Career Technician, Sandi Glenn. She is on Amador's campus on Wednesday and Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. but the center is user-friendly and anyone can enter during school hours.

Computerized Career and College Information System C.O.I.N. is a database of facts about occupations, colleges, trade school programs and military careers. It is updated information and can help a person explore all of their career options. Print-outs are available and the program has career assessment surveys. This component will search your interests and list possible job choices and/or college suggestions.

An IMPORTANT NOTE TO REMEMBER...THE CAREER CENTER IS NOT JUST FOR THE COLLEGE BOUND STUDENTS...THE CENTER HAS INFORMATION FOR EVERYONE!!!
