The Teagues have been collecting
museum quality, rare, and period art, antiques, silver for many years. Some family pieces are more than 200 years old. Others much older. The family talks about heirloom silver being burried during the civil war to keep the Yanks from taking it. You will also see the names Gooch, McCormick, Smallwood, and Voyles engraved on pieces at this auction.
Their only son offers this collection for sale, which he calls:
THE COUNTRY GENTLEMAN'S COLLECTION
