• A Singaporean Lady set on a stand in a kneeling position. She is made of felt and cotton with hand painted features. The name on her stand is “Concrette Nannie”. 7” high. • A Malay costume doll which I believe is quite an old doll. She is made of felt with hand painted features. She is fixed on a stand and is 10” high. • A Singaporean doll which I think is a man. He is made of composition with a cloth body and has hand painted features. He is fixed on a stand and is 10” tall. • A Fruit Seller in her boat complete with fruit, I am not sure which country she is from. The boat is wooden and she is made of cloth with hand painted features. She is 6½” high and the boat is 10½” long. • A Singaporean Vendor complete with baskets. She is made of composition and cloth with hand painted features. Fixed on a stand she is 10” high. • A very unusual straw doll probably from one of the Asian Islands. It is made of plaited or woven fine wood which is coloured and marked with poker work. Very interesting. It is 9” tall. • A composition and cloth lady probably from Singapore. She is in a squatting position and is holding a container of flowers. She has hand painted features and is 6½” high. A group of dolls, including Maylasia purchased on Ebay March 2003 $40.00
