There have been many "international" dolls made in sets by various countries. These are not dolls made as sourvenir dolls, but made by a company that is assemblying a set of similar dolls in "international" dress. I have acquired quite a few examples because they appear as parts of sets of true souvenir dolls, often sold as estate lots.
