William calls it... "Mom's World Famous Meat Pie"

1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion
2 crushed cloves of garlic
2 stalks celery
shredded carrots
diced potatoes (about a cup)
corn, green pepper, etc. (whatever you like)

While browning your meat put in the potatoes, onions, and celery or any other fresh veggie that needs to cook. When the meat is done then drain grease and keep about a tablespoon in there. Add some flour to make a thick gravy. You can add a can of mushroom soup if you like. Don't dilute it! While your meat is cooking you make a double pie crust and roll out bottom and place in pie plate. Add your canned veggies and mix together. Put meat mixture in pie crust. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and put top crust on. Vent the top crust and bake on 375 degrees until the top crust is golden like a pie. Enjoy!!

Cheesy Chicken Noodle
Boil some chicken pieces in salted water. I used thighs or you can use leftovers. When they're done remove them from the water and put a package of egg noodles in the broth to cook. Remove the chicken from the bones and take out fat and skin. When noodles are done drain and add to chicken. Add one can of Campbell's cheddar cheese soup. Mix. Add spices. I used salt, garlic powder and pepper. Place in a casserole dish and sprinkle about 4 ounces of grated sharp cheddar cheese on top. Place cracker crumbs on top of that. Put in a 350 degree oven until cheese is melted. Serve with a vegetable and some bread.
Tip: When draining the noodles retain the chicken broth and pour into ice cube trays, freeze and then remove and store in ziploc bags in freezer. Instant chicken broth.

Four Cheese Macaroni
Grate 4 ounces each of: sharp cheddar, monterey jack, mozzarella, and colby. Set aside. Boil one large box of macaroni noodles in a large pot. When done drain and add one stick of butter and all of grated cheese. Stir until melted. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour half of mixture into casserole and add sliced sharp cheese to top of layer. Completly covering. Pour other half of mixture into casserole and top with the rest of the sharp cheese sliced. Place in a 450 degree oven until cheese on top is melted and slightly browned.

Succulent Pot Roast
Put a medium sized chuck roast in the crock pot. Add one can of Campbell's French Onion Soup and one can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Garlic soup. Add salt. Put on lid and cook on high until dinner. Start this in the morning when you get up. It should be falling apart by at least 1:00.

Honey Butter Rolls
This recipe is for a bread machine. Into the bread pan put 71/2 oz. (3/4 cup & 3 Tbsp.) water. (90-100 degrees) 3 cups of bread flour, 2 Tbsp. dry milk and 3 1/2 Tbsp. of sugar. 1 tsp. of salt and 3 Tbsp of butter. Make a well in center of dry ingredients and add 2 tsp. of yeast. Put bread maker on dough setting. When done remove pan from machine and lightly flour your countertop. Put ball of dough on counter and let sit for 15 minutes. When 15 minutes is up then punch down dough and flatten slightly. Using a pizza cutter cut off roll size sections of the dough and place on large cookie sheet. Remember that dough will rise and double in size. Do not let rolls touch each other. Place a clean damp dishtowel on top of pan and place in oven. (Oven must be off and not warm from previous use. ) Under middle rack place a medium sized bowl of hot water to aid in the rising of the dough. Close oven and let rise for one hour. After dough is risen then gently remove dishtowel. Remove bowl of water and turn oven on to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. When done remove from oven and melt one half stick of butter and add honey to taste. Mix well and brush over fresh hot rolls. Enjoy!
