Azure Gardens is located in the City of Vallejo, about halfway between San Francisco and Sacramento.

Our Bees are located in the Napa and Solano Counties, with other bees leased in the Los Angeles area for crop pollenation and harvest of the Orange Blossom Honey near Fresno.

Additionally, some of our bees are sent to North Dakota in the summertime for the production of CLOVER, SUNFLOWER and ALFALFA Honey.

The honey we make here in the bay area is predominately STARTHISTLE. Due to the climate and abundant floral sources, our bees produce a year-round supply of honey. It takes the bees approximately 6 weeks to 2 months to make Starthistle Honey.
