1/3 cup honey,
1/4 cup soy sauce,
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar,
2 tsp corn starch,
2 tsp grated orange peel,
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (to taste),
1 tbsp vegetable oil,
4 garlic cloves minced,
2 tsp fresh ginger minced,
1 red bell pepper seeded & chopped,
1 cup snow peas cut into 1" pieces,
1-1/2 lbs shrimp peeled & devined,
3 green onions cut into 1" pieces,
6 cups cooked white rice optional
In a small bowl, wisk together honey, soy sauce, vinegar, cornstarch, orange peel and red pepper flakes until thoroughly mixed and the cornstarch is dissolved. Set aside. Heat oil in a wok or large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in garlic and ginger; stir-fry until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add bell pepper and snow peas; stir-fry 1 minute until crisp-tender. Add shrimp and green onions; stir-fry until shrimp just turns pink, about 1 minute. Stir in reserved soy sauce mixture; cook and stir until the sauce boils and thickens. Serve over cooked rice if desired. (from the National Honey Board)

2 tbsp butter or margarine,
2 crisp red apples cored & sliced,
8 frozen waffles toasted,
8 thin slices of ham
To perpare syrup, place 1/2 cup honey and apple juice in a small saucepan over medium heat; heat through. Set aside, and keep warm. Melt butter with remaining 1/4 cup of honey in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add apples, cook & stir about 4 minutes or until apples are lightly caramelized and crisp-tender. 1/4 cup honey,
3 tbsp water,

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce,
1-1/2 tsp chili powder
salt & pepper to taste
4 hamburger buns
In a large pan over a medium heat, saut'e onions, celery and carrots in oil until soft. Stir in turkey or beef, cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until meat in browned & crumbly. Stir in remaining ingredients, except seasonings and hamburger buns. Simmer, covered, 3 to 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt & pepper. Divide mixture evenly between hamburger buns to serve. 2 sweet potatos; about 1-1/4 pounds peeled & thinly sliced,
2 tbsp butter or margarine melted,
2 tbsp honey,
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Arrange potato slices in a single layer on a lightly oiled baking sheet with sides. Combine butter & honey in a small bowl; drizzle over the potatos. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Broil 5 minutes, turn, broil just until tender, about 2 minutes. (from the National Honey Board)
