A little over one week later....

"Whoa," Kevin said, looking around VJ's and BJ's apartment. "This place is a wreck."

"No kidding," Howie agreed. "I thought you guys said you were going to clean it up."

"We are," BJ said. "But VJ's been busy and Alisha and Nicky weren't able to get here until today."

"I'm just glad you weren't here when the tornado hit," AJ said, tightening his arms around BJ.

"Where's VJ, Alisha, and Nicky?" Brian asked.

"VJ's at the office, and Alisha and Nicky went out to lunch with her parents," BJ answered. "Alisha's parents thought she might have been out here when the tornado hit, so they flew out here yesterday."

"How did Alisha's parents take the news about Nicky?" Nick asked.

"They were suprised, but happy," BJ said, calming his fears. "They were glad Alisha was fine and that Nicky was healthy. They took them shopping earlier today and bought Nicky all kinds of toys, clothes, and everything else."

"Did they say anything about hating my guts?" Nick was kind of scared that Alisha's parents would hate him for what happened.

"You know what?" BJ looked at Nick with an astounded expression. "Actually, her parents practically love you 'cause you didn't leave Alisha hanging. They admire your sense of responsibility."

Nick looked surprised. "Wow. That's a first for my specimen."

"You got that right. Most parents would be full of anger at the thought of their unwed-daughter having a child."

"She won't be for long," Nick muttered.

"What did you say?" asked Brian.

"Nothing. Just thinking out loud," said Nick.

"I'm gonna go see VJ," Brian said, walking towards the door. "Where will the rest of you all be?"

"I think we'll just go back to the apartment," said Kevin. "We'll see you later."

"Alright. Cool." Brian walked out the door, jumped in his jeep, and went to visit VJ.

A few days later....

"You didn't have to pay for those tickets, you know," said Nick. "I could've got you some for free."

"I know that, honey," Alisha said. "But this is a relief benefit concert. I wanted to by the tickets."

"Nick, we all bought our tickets," VJ said. "We wanted to help out the tornado victims."

"What songs are you guys performing?" BJ asked.

" 'Quit Playing Games' and 'As Long As You Love Me', I think," Kevin answered.

"How are we going to enter?" asked Alisha. "We can't enter all together. It'll be too obvious."

Nick looked at his son sitting in his lap. "Me and the fellas are going to get out near the front entrance, sign some autographs, then go inside. While we're doing that, you'll be let out in back and shown to our dressing room."

"What time are your parents coming, Ali?" VJ asked.

"They'll be there a little late. My dad went to check out the resturaunt and see how it's doing."

"Alright, everybody," Johnny Wright said. "We're here. Boys, get ready to sign autographs until your hands hurt. Your bodyguards will be with you. Let's move!"

The limo pulled up through a gate and up to the front entrance. Nick gave Alisha a kiss and handed Nicky to her. Brian and AJ gave their girls a kiss and got ready to exit the limo. The driver got out and opened the door. A roar from the crowd outside the gate and the Boys waved, then walked over to sign autographs. Then limo then took Johnny, VJ, BJ, Alisha, and Nicky to the back entrance and they hurried inside.

The Boys finally made it to their dressing room and found everyone else relaxing inside. Kevin and Howie got a suprise when they saw Alexis and Maria in there as well. The two couples had been together now for over a month and were happy to see each other again.

Kevin walked over to Alexis and gave her a long kiss. "I didn't know you were going to be here," he said when they finally broke apart.

"I wanted it to be a surprise," Alexis said, her arms around his neck. "You didn't think I wouldn't come, did you?"

"I don't know. I was hoping you would, though." Kevin leaned down for another kiss.

Meanwhile, Howie and Maria were sitting on one of the couches, arms around each other.

"Were you surprised?" Maria asked, her eyes sparkling.

"Definitely," said Howie, kissing her cheek. "I missed you."

"I missed you, too, Sweet D," said Maria, giving him a kiss on the lips.

Soon, BJ, VJ, Alisha, Nicky, Alexis, and Maria were ushered to their places up front. There Denise McLean, Nick's family, Alisha's family, and VJ's family were waiting for the show to start. Nicky smiled as he neared his two sets of grandparents. Alisha's mother took Nicky in her arms and held him. Nick's parents were standing by, getting to know the Walkers. They all waited patienty for the show to start.

They all watched the several groups that were performing and clapped their hands when the Boys finally went onstage, dressed in suits. They performed their songs and the audience went crazy. When it was over the girls went backstage to tackle their guys. Nicky stayed with his grandparents to give Nick and Alisha some time alone.

Nick and Alisha went walking around together, despite the fact they might get seen together. Kevin and Alexis went back to the dressing room; Howie and Maria went to catering; Brian and VJ went to the rec area to watch TV; and AJ and BJ were just hanging out backstage.

"Baby, I'm gonna go get some water," AJ said after a while. "You want anything?"

"I'll have a water, also," BJ said.

"Okay, I'll be right back." AJ gave BJ a kiss and headed toward catering to get the drinks.

As he was walking back, he heard someone call his name. AJ turned around and saw a girl walking towards him. He noticed her sense of style and wondered who she was.

"Wow," she said. "It's so great to finally meet you." She grabbed AJ's hand and shook it vigorously. "I'm Amanda Latona. I'm a huge fan of yours."

"Hi, Amanda." AJ took back his hand. "Nice to meet you. You look familiar. Have I seen you somewhere?"

"You might have seen me on the walls at Trans Con," said Amanda. "I'm in the new group they signed called 'Innosense'."

"Oh, that's right. Yeah, I remember seeing the poster for your group. How's the career going?"

"It's going pretty good. We're getting ready to tour Europe soon."

"That's great." AJ just stood there, not knowing what to say next. Amanda soon put an end to the silence.

"How about you and me get together sometime? We could get to know each other a little better, maybe you could give me a few pointers on performing or something." And get us more exposure, she thought, smiling.

"Yeah, sure. Anything to help a fellow Trans Con family member," AJ smiled.

"Alright, cool," Amanda said. If I land this guy, I'll be well on my way to a great music career. "We'll talk later and set up a time and place."

"Sure. How about we meet by the dressing rooms when this thing is over...." AJ was cut short when Amanda grabbed his head and kissed him on the lips.

"You can count on it, AJ," she said, seductively. Then she turned around and walked away, her hips swaying provocatively.

"Oh, man, that girl is crazy," AJ muttered, wiping his lips off. He turned around and saw BJ standing there with a shocked expression on her face. He knew immediately she had seen Amanda kiss him.

"BJ, it's not what you think," AJ started when he reached her. "I was just talking to her, then all of a sudden she kissed me...."

BJ stepped up to AJ and slapped him hard across the face. "You can go to hell for all I care. Here's your damn ring back. I never want to see you again."

BJ took off her engagement ring, threw at him, then turned and walked away, tears falling down her cheeks. All AJ could do was stand there and watch her leave. When she was out of sight, he looked down and picked up the ring she threw at him. He placed it in his pocket and locked himself in the Boys' dressing room. What neither BJ or AJ were aware of was Amanda watching from around the corner with a smile of satisfaction. Mission accomplished, she thought and walked back to join her group.
