THE LEGEND OF BRAD PITTWilliam Bradley Pitt, aka Brad Pitt, was born December 18, (9 years before me) in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Brad's parents, Bill & Jane, moved Brad, his younger brother Doug and younger sister Julie to Springfield, Missouri shortly after. Brad attended Kickapoo High School, where he was active in sports, student government and the debate team. From there, Brad traveled 150 miles to attend the University of Missouri in Columbia. Near the time for graduation, Brad decided that it was not what he wanted to do and left. He and Runaround Sue (the nickname he had given his car) headed for California to pursue his dream..........acting.
Brad's first memorable role was a part on Dallas, it lasted five episodes. After that, Brad got parts on Another World, Growing Pains and 21 Jump Street.
Brad then went on to do a guest spot on Head of the Class. From there, Brad landed roles on thirtysomething and Tales From the Crypt; as well as B-movie roles in A Stoning in
Fulham County, Happy Together, The Image and Cutting Class. Brad's career was slowly progressing, he was then cast in a Fox series called Glory Days. Brad's next role
was in the movie Too Young To Die. Brad was really noticed when he was cast in Thelma & Louise, 14 minutes of screen time, in 1991. Brad's dreams were coming true and he was on his way to stardom. Brad went on to star
in numerous hit movies, he received the "sexiest" title and is now one of the elite, the best of the best.... Brad is A Hollywood Legend!!!

Brad is a private person. He makes sure that when he is filming at a location, he has a means to "get away". He doesn't do too many interviews anymore and the few he does, the interviewers have a hard time catching up with him. :-) Brad is a great actor that I admire and deeply respect. I have dedicated this site to him, however, it is not because he is a celebrity. I have dedicated this site to him because there are a lot of things about this man that I respect and admire, and we are a lot alike. By saying that I mean our personalities and attitudes are very similar. So, this is not just another shrine to a celebrity - this site is different than the rest, it is here to show that behind the fame and glory there is a kind, decent, caring & intelligent man! I hope the fans of Mr. Pitt enjoy the site, as I really don't expect Mr. Pitt to ever see this (but, I can still dream, right?). ;-)
