and welcome to Backpacking the World. This site was created by a
group of people scattered all over the world with the
hopes of sharing our past, present, and future
adventures to far away lands.
Backpacking the World started out a few weeks
ago as an extremely small mailing list consisting of
experienced backpackers and travellers, along with a
few prospective adventurers. Within two weeks, our
list has grown to about 15 closely knit members, and
continues to grow weekly. Now, with the creation of
its own website, the group will undoubtedly grow at a
faster, more productive rate. New members are always
welcome to join our private group so long as they are
serious about travelling and open their homes and
friendship to other people from around the world.

you are serious about getting out into the world and
would like to become part of this great, new way to

List. With a few simple answers to a few simple
questions, he will add your name to the list so that
you can begin receiving unique email from other
members around the globe.
