Swiftcall for cheap(er) International telephone calls. 8p to Australia last time I looked. (Down from 16pJ ) If you want to send faxes over the Swiftcall network, you will need to to alter your modem S11 register by setting S11=100 so that your modem will generate long enough DTMF tones when transmitting your PIN. If you establish the Swiftcall line and enter your PIN manually, your modem can then dial the international number without any problems. I'm still doing this with Phone Tools, because I still haven't found the right version of the S11 register to change. I must go and pester US Robotics/3Com again.
