Petromin has proven to be the most solid of all three national Romanian shipping lines, and tank transport in general is growing worldwide.

The unrevealed new owners will modify the company's name ànd flag, and take over all vessels operated by Petromin. They promised to settle foreign debts to creditors as soon as logistically possible and say to have a concrete operational plan for the immediate future.
