Hamburger | 3 or 4 pounds (Enough so you'll have leftovers!) |
Dry Onion Soup Mix | 1 Packet |
Saltine Crackers, Crushed | About 4 inches worth from a stack |
Egg | One, any size |
Catsup | A couple squirts from a squeeze bottle |
Milk | Just a splash |
Mix all ingredients thoroughly, then pat down into an oven-safe pan. Bake at 350 for an hour or so. Let stand for about five minutes before slicing. |
Add finely chopped green pepper.
Top with prepared instant mashed potatoes the last ten minutes of bake time |
