Potatoes, Cubed | As many as you want! |
Onion, Diced | 1 medium |
Margarine | About half a stick |
Milk | As much as you need. |
Instant Mashed Potato Flakes | As much as you need |
Put the potatoes and onion in a pot and cover with water. Simmer until the potatoes are almost tender. Drain about half the water. Add the margarine and then enough milk to make it soupy again. Sprinkle in the instant potato flakes to thicken as much as you want. Simmer another couple minutes. |
Add a couple handfuls of shredded cheddar cheese. Add diced carrots, broccoli or parsley flakes to add color. |
