"Easiest Potato Soup"


What you need...
How much of it...
Potatoes, Cubed As many as you want!
Onion, Diced 1 medium
Margarine About half a stick
Milk As much as you need.
Instant Mashed Potato Flakes As much as you need

How To Prepare...
Put the potatoes and onion in a pot and cover with water. Simmer until the potatoes are almost tender. Drain about half the water. Add the margarine and then enough milk to make it soupy again. Sprinkle in the instant potato flakes to thicken as much as you want. Simmer another couple minutes.

Variations...
Add a couple handfuls of shredded cheddar cheese.

Add diced carrots, broccoli or parsley flakes to add color.
