Hamburger | About 2 pounds |
Catsup | As much as you need. (About half a standard bottle.) |
Onion, Diced | One large |
Green Pepper, Diced | 1 medium or large |
Mustard | A couple squirts from a squeeze bottle |
Vinegar | A splash or two |
Black Pepper | About 3 tablespoons |
Cook the hamburger, onion and green pepper until the hamburger is browned. Add remaining ingredients...using as much catsup to make the desired consistancy. Simmer for about half an hour. Serve on hamburger buns. |
Top with a slice of American Cheese. |
