Welcome to the new online football mom's newsletter. We hope you enjoy it and hope you will become an active member. The future of this site depends on how well people like it and if they actually use it. Let us know how we are doing by signing the guestbook, visiting the messageboard or email us. Look for new items frequently as I will be adding them as quick as possible. Once this site is up and going it will be easier to add new things. Just the initial creating of pages is time consuming.

We need anyone who can volunteer to bake cookies or cupcakes or any kind of desert. This is to help feed those hungry boys. Just email one of us if you can help out.

Again this year we will be having a table at the Friday night home games. We will offer beverageware for sale along with games with prizes for the kids. If you'd like to man this table one Friday night email sandy1111@aol.com.

FUTURE ONLINE EVENTS

The plans are in the making for the website and look in the future for the Spotlight players of the week. These are a little different than what you see the coaches doing. ALL kids will be spotlighted based on a lottery. We will see how many kids there are on the teams and will divide them up according to the number of weeks. Each week we will spotlight those kids on our website along with their pictures. We could use some help getting photos online so if anyone with a digital camera that wants to volunteer please let us know asap. As moms we think it would be nice for the each kid to have his moment in the spotlight regardless of his position on the team. All of these kids work very hard (and the parents too) and deserve this. Our spotlight kids will be picked at random. We actually plan to put names in a hat a pick them. This seems to be the fairest way of doing this without hurting any feelings. If you do not wish the picture to be posted we will still spotlight the player just minus the picture.
