There are 4 main plug-ins (there are 7 altogether):

~Events - All the events, with the exception of idle, in ircle go to this script where they are manipulated or left alone.

~Friends - This is where you can add custom flags and add users to your friends list with masks, flags, and channels.

~Binds - This is where you can add your own commands to use, such as /clonecheck etc.

~Prefs - This is where all the preferences are kept for safe keeping.

I will try to simplify the process as much as I can... so you won't need too much Apple Script experience.
