Fish & Seafood Fish Hash

Recipe Ingredients
2 tbsp butter or margarine
2 cups flaked cooked fish any kind
2 1/2 cups diced boiled potatos
1/3 cup milk
2 tbsp minced or grated onion
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper



Recipe Directions
1. Melt butter in frying pan.
2. Combine fish, potato, onion, milk, lemon juice, and seasoning.
3. Spread in frying pan and fry slowly until well heated and slightly browned, about 10 minutes.
4. Serve plain or sprinkled with minced parsely or dill.
