"NOBODY BUT A FROG KNOWS HOW TO LIVE"

"Here she goes," comments Gladys, "always an explanation!"
"I was wondering when you were going to notice that!" replies Abner.
And Samantha certainly has some explaining to do after being stalked by a fellow who won't leave her alone until she turns him back into the glorious frog he once was.

This extremely funny episode leaps high in the books due to non-stop swiftness of one-liner jokes, smooth action and John Fiedler's impressive performance as Fergus the Frog. Fiedler's first "Bewitched" appearance (of many) is well developed:
FERGUS IS SMART:
"You can't change me back Sammy Girl? What... Congress passed a law? All of a sudden witches have a union?!"
FERGUS IS SARCASTIC:
(pointing to a picture of Darrin)
"Is this your husband, Sam? Too bad.... someone put a curse on you?"
FERGUS IS FUNNY:
Thanks to writer Ruth Brooks Flippen, whose excellent knowledge of what makes "Bewitched" work is apparent. Her dialogue for character interactions are masterful and is best displayed in a scene, which has the Stephens’s, Tates, Kravitzes and the Client reacting to the obnoxious Fergus.

Watch for Sam's transformation spell on Fergus and Feebie (quite unique and cool in its originality of incantation and camera angle), a cute tag scene, and notice Darrin's avid interest in helping Sam with witchcraft suggestions - all in Dick York's caring and perfect character treatment.

GUEST STARS: John Fiedler (Fergus) is not only one of the most recognizable character actors in movies and TV but his voice is just as famous for “Piglet” in all of the “Winnie the Pooh” movies.
Corrine Camacho (Feebie) spent most of her career as Corrine Michaels where she appeared on most every TV show in the 1970’s, including a fembot on “Bionic Woman”.
