Size: 4-6" these guy's are frustratingly slow growers....reaching about 4" in 4 years age...it also takes htis long for the fish to become sexualy mature

Temprament: I have herd they can be quite nast and have herd many stories about the male killing his partner...they are however a predatory fish and they have a temprament to go along with it...

Tankmates: Ummm i'm not quite sure where to go on this one......i'd try fish like Lelupei or Leptasoma....i have mine with Occelatus but mine are still only 1" at full size a Compressi would ambush a Occelatus and dinner would be served....

Water: Alkaline pH 8 and above and Hard
