Barclay has had brushes with holo-addiction and hypochonrdia before, but his release from the Pathfinder project could be the blackest mark on his record - the introverted engineer has gone from researching ways to contact Voyager to spending all of his available time on the holodeck with simulations of the ship's crew, to the point that it interferes with his work. He even calls his old friend Deanna Troi for help. But even her counseling can't get Barclay's mind off of contacting Voyager's crew - and finally, he puts everything on the line and becomes an actual security risk to Starfleet to achieve his far-fetched goal.

The Delta Flyer returns from a two-week mapping mission with a very cranky crew consisting of Chakotay, Neelix, Tom and Harry Kim. But upon their return, the Delta Flyer crew begin to suffer from hallucinations of a bloody battle - a battle in which there is no evidence of their participation. But Janeway's concern grows as all four crewmen eventually recount their hallucinatory memories, which corroborate each other and create a consistent picture of the battle they fought - a battle in which they killed almost a hundred civilians. And the captain's concern becomes horror as she, too, begins to remember having played a part in the carnage.

A visit to a civilized world provides a prime opportunity for shore leave. Seven and Tuvok plan to visit and study a nearby nebular phenomenon, while Janeway plans a similar away mission for some "relaxing" scientific discovery. But most of the crew is enthralled by the gladiatorial sport of Tsunkatse, in which two opponents vie for the prize - to be the only one left alive in the ring. Seven and Tuvok's shuttle goes missing during their mission, and Chakotay and the others are horrified to find that their Borg crewmate is the next competitor in Tsunkatse. An attempt to beam Seven out of danger fails because she isn't there - the fight is being broadcast from a remote location. Seven is being forced to do battle not only for her own life, but for Tuvok's - and the savage competition may strip her of whatever humanity she has regained aboard Voyager unless her crew can rescue her.

With Icheb now the last of the remaining Borg children on the ship, he volunteers to offer his implants through a risky procedure that may cost both of their lives.

The woman, Irina, later informs them of an upcoming starship race. The crew of the U.S.S. Voyager gets an unexpected bonus in their regular mail beamed from Starfleet in the Alpha Quadrant. When a hologram of Reg Barclay appears telling the crew of a new plan that can get them home within days, everyone is elated. The plan seems dangerous in theory but the Barclay hologram persuades the crew the risk is minimal. Meanwhile, back at Starfleet, the real Reg Barclay is completely unaware of his doppelganger's actions.



#153 BODY AND SOUL

While in the Delta Flyer The Doctor, Harry Kim and Seven of Nine come under attack for transporting a hologram through Lokirrim space - an act which is strictly forbidden. To hide the doctor, Seven of Nine downloads him into her cybernetic implants shortly before they are taken to a Lokirrim holding cell. On board Voyager, Tuvok enters Pon Farr.



#154 NIGHTINGALE

While Voyager stops for maintenance, Kim, Seven and Neelix use the Delta Flyer to search for dilithium, when they come across a war between two alien races. After receiving a distress call from a damaged ship claiming to be on a humanitarian mission, Kim is offered his first chance at commanding a vessel of his own.



#155/#156 FLESH AND BLOOD PART I & II

The crew of Voyager find a Hirogen training facility, and discover that the hologram technology they gave the Hirogen several months ago was modified to the point where the Holograms are smarter and more cunning than their hunters. The Doctor is abducted by a band of Holograms that escaped from the Hirogen facility and is asked to join them in forging a new life as independent 'photonic beings.' The crew of Voyager must ally with the Hirogen to find the Doctor and re-capture the renegade Holograms. After a confrontation with the Hologram ship, Voyager is disabled and B'Elanna is abducted, with the Doctor's help, to aid the Holograms in their plight. Voyager secretly trails two Hirogen ships in pursuit of the renegade Hologram ship. Iden, the band's self-appointed leader, begins showing signs of delusional behaviour when he considers himself as the 'Saviour of his people,' and believes that his people will worship him as a God in their new settlement. With Voyager and the Hirogen ships trailing close behind, the Doctor and Torres must find a way to disable the ships and the holograms before they come under attack from the Hirogen, and before Iden can execute his plan.



#157 SHATTERED

A temporal anomaly strikes the U.S.S. Voyager, hitting Chakotay point-blank and splitting different areas of the ship into different time-frames from its history. After the Doctor creates a chronoton serum to counteract the effects of the temporal bolt, Chakotay finds he is the only member of the crew that has free range of the ship. Forging alliances with crewmates from Voyager's past, present and future, Chakotay must find a way to set events back to normal.



#158 LINEAGE

Tom Paris and B'Elanna Torres reach a crossroads in their relationship which could have long ranging effects on both of their lives. Early in her life, B'Elanna and her father joined his family on a camping trip where something happened - something that could result in B'Ellana making an irrevocable decision against Tom's will that no amount of technology can rectify.



#159 REPENTANCE

The crew of the U.S.S. Voyager rescue the crew and passengers aboard a critically damaged vessel transporting convicts scheduled for execution. When the Doctor and Seven of Nine make a discovery that changes the ground rules, Captain Janeway and the crew have to walk the gray area between the Prime Directive and justice, with the ship's safety hanging in the balance.



#160 PROPHECY

Generations ago, a Klingon warship left familiar territory and headed off into unknown space. When the descendants of that original crew run into the U.S.S. Voyager in the Delta Quadrant, Captain Janeway's first concern is convincing the Klingons that the hostilities between the Federation and the Klingon Empire are long over. After that, a more intractable problem arises after the Klingon vessel is destroyed and its crew of over 200 find themselves aboard Voyager and perhaps living out the fulfillment of an ancient prophecy.



#161 THE VOID

The crew of the U.S.S. Voyager find themselves and their ship stranded in a dark void with seemingly no escape, where the only proven means of survival is to prey upon weaker vessels when they first arrive. With resources dwindling, Captain Janeway must decide whether to stick to the principles that govern Starfleet or to concede that in this strange place, the ends justify the means and Voyager must become a predator to survive.



#162 WORKFORCE (PART I)

When Chakotay, Harry Kim and Neelix attempt to rendezvous with the U.S.S. Voyager after a trading mission, neither the ship nor the crew are anywhere to be found. Meanwhile, on a far away planet, Kathryn Janeway and the rest of Voyager's former crew begin new careers. Oblivious to each other and the lives they once shared, the Voyager crew has been integrated into a gigantic industrial workforce.



#163 WORKFORCE (PART II)

With the majority of the U.S.S. Voyager crew brainwashed into leading the lives of industrial workers for a race called the Quarren, Chakotay, Harry Kim, Neelix and The Doctor find themselves vastly outnumbered in their quest to restore the crew to normal and return them to the ship. However, Janeway and the rest of the crew have moved on with their lives as Quarren forces close in on Chakotay on the planet's surface and on Voyager in orbit.



#164 HUMAN ERROR

As the U.S.S. Voyager enters a hazardous region of space being used as a weapons-testing range by unknown parties, the ship must count on Seven of Nine's long-range scans to steer it out of danger. Seven of Nine, however, is becoming more and more distracted with a personal experiment, one that could change how she deals with her crewmates forever.



#165 Q2

It's not easy being a parent, even for a Q. Because Captain Janeway and the crew of the U.S.S. Voyager were so instrumental in Q's quest to have a child, he decides to make "Aunt Kathy" teach his son some responsible virtues. Although appearing to be fully grown, the younger Q proves harder to handle than his irascible father, and with his omnipotent powers, disciplining the youngster proves not only impossible, but exceptionally dangerous as well.



#166 AUTHOR, AUTHOR

As the U.S.S. Voyager gets closer and closer to the Alpha Quadrant, a new means of direct yet brief communication with Starfleet is established, allowing the crew a few minutes each to communicate with family and friends. The Doctor may not have any family or friends on Earth, but he does have a holo-novel to pitch to publishers - the story of a ship stranded on the other side of the galaxy with a strangely familiar crew; a crew that barely tolerates their holographic doctor who lives in virtual slavery.



#167 FRIENDSHIP ONE

Now that regular communication between the Alpha and Delta Quadrants is possible, Starfleet has a mission for the crew of the U.S.S. Voyager - locate and retrieve the old Earth probe "Friendship One." Launched in the late 21st century, the probe's trajectory places it somewhere near Voyager's current position, but no one predicted what a Delta Quadrant civilization would do with the probe when they found it.



#168 NATURAL LAW

Chakotay and Seven of Nine are left stranded on an alien planet when they crash into a planet inhabited by primitive tribes. Voyager is prevented from finding them by a mysterious energy barrier surrounding them.



#169 HOMESTEAD

When Voyager discovers a settlement of Talaxians on an asteroid caught in an industrial conflict, the crew manage find a new home for the population. When an armed conflict between the mining operations and the re-settled Talaxians erupts, Neelix is offered a chance of a new life away from Voyager within the colony.



#170 RENAISSANCE MAN

The Doctor must impersonate various crew members when Captain Janeway is abducted and held hostage for Voyager's warp core.



#171/#172 ENDGAME (SERIES FINALE)

After a decades-long journey to reach the Alpha Quadrant, Admiral Kathryn Janeway makes a bold decision to change the past in an attempt to undo the toll taken on the crew during their arduous journey home.
