The Pittsburgh Music Ring is a collection of individuals, groups and organizations that are involved in our city's musical culture. The sites you will find in this ring are dedicated to the myriad of activities surrounding the creation of music in the greater Pittsburgh area. As you surf from site to site, you will discover the unique characteristics of each individual artist and group. These are just a few of the local musicians who are helping to define the Pittsburgh sound.

To JOIN the Pittsburgh Music Ring, follow these directions:

1.Submit your site to the ring and e-mail me A.S.A.P. and I will mail back to you your code to place on the page the WebRing refers to. It contains the actual links and HTML code to create The Pittsburgh Music Ring Link.

2.Make sure the html is posted on the page whose URL you submitted to the WebRing

3.Fill out the below form to register your site and write down the Site ID number you are assigned. This will put your page in the Pittsburgh Music Ring 'Queue', where it will remain there until management sends your code to you via email. This does not insert you in the ring; the actual insertion is done later when the code is posted on your FIRST page.

4.After checking out your page, the Pittsburgh Music Ring management will send you a pre-made code with all your necessary information already inserted. When we see that the code is up on your page, you will be immediately added to the ring.

5.If the code is not posted after four (4) days, we will notify you via email. If there is no response, we will have to delete you from the que to make room for others.

6.That's it!
