THE BLOODY BUCKET

COL Stryfe

Nathan Alexander Stryfe:
Col. Stryfe was the commander of the 3rd Battalion, 103rd Armored Brigade, a component unit of the 28th "Keystone" Division, Pennsylvania National Guard, originally based in Lewisburg, PA. The fit, 50-something CO is 6'2", 180#, and has short, silver hair, and cold blue eyes.

Stryfe is usually dressed in a combination of military and civilian clothes, the world being what it is in 2003. Currently, he is partial to a long, brown leather duster, faded jeans, and a camo T-shirt. He does wear a fatigue cap with his silver COL "bird" affixed thereon.

He has facility with numerous weapons, but generally goes nowhere without the .44 Magnum in his shoulder holster, and often also has a Colt 1911 strapped to his belt. He has great facility with knives. He also owns a Skorpion machine pistol.

Rumor has it he came up through the ranks. He had commented on some service as far back as Vietnam. He is Special Forces and Ranger qualified. His most recent schooling prior to The War was when he attended Armor School at Fort Knox. In the latest iteration of the Gulf Wars, he commanded an Abrams MBT company.

Early in MAY, 2003, it became evident that the recently-promoted COL Stryfe was not all that he seemed to be, and that in fact, he had organized a shift in power, or more correctly, at least two shifts in power. Most people would call it mutiney.
