Kuching    City    Tour

Kuching's blend of quaint and modern buildings gives it a unique charm. By day, strolling through the city's unhurried thoroughfare and streets is a pleasant experience. Until its recent rapid growth, the city went to sleep early in the night. Night scenes were nothing much to shout about but all this is changing and Kuching is very much alive after sunset.

In fact without the heat of the sun, a leisurely walk through the hub of the city is invigorating as well as interesting. At sundown the waterfront esplanade is one of the most popular places for both locals and tourists. With more and more shopping complexes and entertainment centers coming up Kuching is no longer a "day city". Kuching by night holds as much fun and charms as it does by day.
