Here are front & back views of my sash. The front contains all the IPP's I earned as a Cadette & Senior Scout, while the back has all my Junior age level badges. I'll be happy to answer any questions....feel free to e-mail me!

My Sash & Patch Blanket
Ah, the memories......I often take my sash & patch blanket to troop meetings that I am invited to. Having been a Girl Scout for 20 years now, I have a lot of stories & enthusiasm to share with the girls in my area. The girls love to look at my patches & badges & ask me questions about what I did to get this patch or that one. It inspires them to work harder, gets them excited about what Scouting has to offer. So, I thought I'd post them on my Girl Scout web site as well. I'd love to hear any comments or questions you may have. I apologize for the quality of the photos & hope to get better ones up soon. I'm just getting the hang of my digital camera!
My Patch Blanket
What is now my patch blanket began as a bunch of patches on a patch jacket. However, after a few Wider Opportunities, a jacket simply wasn't big enough.
The top half of the blanket is all patches I received as SWAPS on my Wider Opportunities. It is spaced out more on top because I am still adding to my collection of SWAPS.
The bottom half (from the Brownie B's on down) consists of patches from places & events I attended. I am putting patches I am getting now on a large tote bag that I take to Scouting events with me. My husband is starting a patch shirt for his patches.
