The new TAYLOR MULTI-FUEL STOVE is a wood burning furnace with an automatic back-up system. This furnace is designed to burn wood with an additional fire box that will allow your choice of back-up gun burner (propane, natural gas, or fuel oil) to be installed on the furnace. If your wood burns out, the back-up furnace will automatically come on, keeping the water hot in your stove and providing hot water and heat for your home. The new TAYLOR MULTI-FUEL STOVE adapts readily to any existing heating system (forced air, hot water baseboard, radiators, or radiant in-floor heat). This is a system which wiil work well for both new construction and for updating an existing system.

With this multi-fuel system, the wood-fired operation is still the same reliable heating system for which the original TAYLOR STOVE has long had the reputation. We have added a separate firing chamber in which the gun burner operates. This totally stainless steel chamber is completely surrounded by water and also has eleven stainless steel tubes through which water flows and is constantly in contact with the water. As superheated air flows around these tubes, the water flowing through the tubes is heated in the tank. This heated water can then flow through your hot water sytem providing you with comfortable and dependable heat.

The TAYLOR MULTI-FUEL STOVE is controlled by an automatic thermostat system which allows the auxiliary fuel burner to take over any time that the wood-fired system fails to maintain the required temperature within the stove. What this means is that if you are away from home or miss adding wood to your stove when needed, the multi-fuel system will take over and operate on your auxiliary fuel source until you return home to retire your wood system or may be used as your primary heat source.

ALL PARTS OF THE AUXILIARY FUEL CHAMBER ( FIREBOX, WATER- TUBES, STACK & MOUNTING TUBE) ARE 304 STAINLESS STEEL. SMOKE TUBES , REAR CLEAN OUT BOX, AND FRONT TOP FLUE BOX BEING UPGRADED TO 304 S/S. ACCORD- ING TO TAYLOR. WE WILL SEE THESE CHANGES IN THE T-450, T-750, & T1 000 FURNACES AS AN IN LINE PRODUCTION CHANGE.

THIS IS A TRUE AUTOMATIC MULTI-FUEL. SEPARATE FIREBOXES AND FLUE CHAMBERS ALLOW YOU TO BURN BOTH WOOD AND YOUR PREFERENCE OF FUEL OIL OR GAS ( LP OR NAT) AT THE SAME TIME. THIS MEANS THAT IF THE WOOD FIRE BURNS LOW OR GOES OUT, THE FUEL OIL OR GAS BURNER . OPERATING OFF OF A SEPARATE AQUASTAT. WILL AUTOMATICALLY TAKE OVER AND KEEP THE WATER TEMPERATURE UP.

THE NEW CONSTRUCTION CONSISTS OF: 304 S/S SMOKE TUBES. 304 S/S IN THE I REAR CLEAN OUT BOX. 304 S/S IN THE FRONT CLEAN OUT BOX. THIS MAKES THE TOTAL I FLUE SYSTEMS FOR BOTH BURN CHAMBERS 304 S/S, REPLACING THE 409 S/S THAT HAS BEEN USED IN THE PAST.

ALSO, THE WHITE SIDES ARE LONGER ALLOWING THE BURNER GUN TO REMAIN IN PLACE AND BE PROTECTED FROM THE ELEMENTS RESULTING IN CLEANER MAINTE- NANCE.
