I try to squeeze the
essence from these
words
But there is little
to appease your
appetite, of which I
know nothing about
Except that it sometimes
involves consuming
parts of me
And I give up too willingly
Exposing myself to your
hungers and flippant
desires
Shrugged off
when you are
satiated.
I am lost and
frozen solid
yet you still bite me
razor sharp words
sear me in two
then smaller
and smaller
until I'm all
gone.
