Our inn was voted one of the top 50 Inns in the United States and is also featured in both Rand McNallys Best Bed & Breakfast and Country Inns in the Northeast. It is also featured in American Historic Inns.
Stay in either our Victorian house built in 1870 or our Stone Carriage House, each having four bedrooms, private baths, televisions, and separate guest living rooms. We have two efficiencies available with outside decks. Both units will sleep four comfortably. A full country breakfast is served from 5:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Refrigerators, freezers, gas grills and picnic tables are provided. For the fishermen - sandwiches and thermoses are available upon request. We offer plenty of off street parking for autos and boat trailers. We are licensed by the State of New York and meet all NY State and Village Fire and Safety codes.
We are situated on four acres in a quiet residential neighborhood adjacent to the Sodus Point Historic Light House and Lake Ontario with beach access. Sodus Point Village - 1 block north of Route 14 & Seaway Trail. Halfway between Rochester and Syracuse on Lake Ontario.
