Proof 1:2Pac now calls himself Makaveli... Machiavelli was an Italian war strategist who advocated faking one's death to fool their enemies... 2Pac was a fan of his and had read his books several times. Perhaps 2Pac is taking his advice...

Disproof: Nicolo Machievelli never faked his death, all he did was teach that in order o win at war, you must learn to decieve. Although some of his soldiers did fake death, It was not under his orders.

Proof 2:2Pac was cremated the day after he died... Since when does some one get cremated the day after a murder? There was no Autopsy

Disproof: There was an autopsy and the autopsy certificate is on file in Las Vegas. They didnt need to keep the body and only needed a short autopsy since they already knew the cause of death

Proof 3: no one can ask to dig up his grave like they wanted to do with Elvis and like they did with Abraham Lincoln.

Disproof: They cant dig up his grave because there is no grave, The nigga was cremated.

Proof 4:The cover of 2Pac's latest album, Makaveli has 2Pac looking like Jesus Christ... Could he be planning a resurrection?

Disproof: 2pac had said in an interview that the album cover represented how the public had crucified him by labeling him as a killer and a gangsta when they didnt know him or anything about him.

Proof 5:2Pac has completed 2 movies, 3 LP's, and keeps on appearing on new artist's albums... (Two of the LP's are not released yet. The movie will be released sometime in '97.) With so many people upset about 2Pac's death, literally anything connected with him is bound to net a whole lot of cash..

Disproof: 2pac had been talking about the Don Killumanati, One Nation and The Outlaw Immortalz LPs amd the Gridlockd and Gang Related, (name was changed to Criminal Intent) movies being completed for over a year before he died. Plus, almost every musician who died had unreleased material that would sell more if he/she was dead. Does that mean that Elvis, Kurt Cobain, Eazy E, Janis Joplin, Jerry Garcia, Biggie, Jimi Hendrix etc all faked there deaths?

Proof 6: . Las Vegas is a payoff city, meaning all sorts of folks have been known to be on the take. That means doctors, press, lawyers, etc.

Disproof: In order to fake death, 2pac would have to bribe the whole LVPD, the ER and intensive care doctors at the hospital and at least some of the media. Noone would help him fake death for less than a million dollars, since if tehy were caught theyd be put away for life. That would be close to a billion dollars. 2Pac didnt have close to that much. He was almost broke from Legal fees when he died. Plus death Row said that there all time profit was slightly over 200 million, and thats the whole company and that wouldnt be enough. Pkus im sure taht theres at least one member of one of these orginizations taht is honest and wouldnt take the bribes, which would fuck up the whole plan.

Proof 7:The producer on the new Makaveli album is simply "SIMON." This was the apostle who helped Jesus carry the cross and one of the first to witness his resurrection. Could Suge be SIMON?

Disproof: If you had read my theory, youd know that I think Suge set 2pac up. If he had, Suge could have done that to make the death look more suspicious, which would make the album sell more which would make Suge richer

Proof 8:There are many numerological coincidences. Tupac was gunned down exactly seven months after All Eyez On Me was released. The number seven keeps coming up too. He was shot on September 7th and survived on 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, and died the 13th. This could explain the title of his new album.... "The Don Killuminati: The 7 day theory." 2pac was 25. His age adds up to 7 (2 + 5). Even his time of death, 4:03, adds up to 7 (4 + 0 + 3). Also, on track five on the Makaveli album the voice at the begining says "And if the Lord returns in the coming seven days, then we'll see ya next time." He even talks about the number 7 on his album! There are more 'coincidences' too..

Disproof:This proof is the hardest to disprove. Some of the 7s are lies, for example he died at 4:10 not 4:03 and Suge could have set some of them up. And on the song blasphemy when he talks about the lorsd returning in 7 days he is making fun of the weekly bible TV shows,but the rest i cant explain. But i dont think that one proof alone can prove that hes alive.

Proof 9:Inside the cover of 2Pac's newest album, it reads "Exit: 2pac, Enter: Makaveli" as if 2pac has died and Makaveli born.

Disproof: This has nothing to do with 2pac being reincarnated, it says Exit 2pac because his stage name was no longer 2pac and enter Makaveli because this was the first album where he raps under the name Makaveli.

Proof 10:2pacs music video I aint Mad At Cha foretold his death

Disproof: About the only thing his real death and the One in I aint Mad At Cha had in common was that he died. In I aint Mad At Cha he was walking out of a theater and was shot by a mysterious man while walking. In his real death he was shot at a light while in a car driving away from a boxing match and there were over 20 witnesses.

Proof 11:In the video "Toss It Up", 2Pac is supposedly wearing some Penny Hardaway sneakers which were not available at the time of his death!!!! Also, some say in the video "Live & Die In LA" when 2Pac jumps in the car you see that he is wearing some Michael Jordan sneakers which were not available at the time of his death!

Disproof: First of all, his shoes are not shown at any time during the To Live And Die In LA video, and also celebrities are given merchandise long before they are released. I have seen pictures of Wu Tang Clan where they are wearing the 1998 Jordans.

Proof 12: 2Pac always wore a bulletproof vest but for some strange reason he didn't wear one this time.. why not?

Disproof:2pac never wore his vest while performing since he almost always took his shirt off. He was on his way to perform at Suges club 662.Plus, how would anyone know if 2pac had been always wearing his vest, it was not visible in pictures. He could have stopped wearing it months before he died and noone would know

Proof 13:The memorial services that were open to the public were canceled in both Los Angeles and Atlanta...

Disproof: This proof doesnt prove anything. People would think that they cancelled the services because there wasnt a body and if they had the service everyone would see that. But noone was expecting to see a body at the services since he was creamated, so it was obviously cancelled for other reasons.

Proof 14:2Pac's vehicle got shot 12 times and Suge didn't get hit once.. He was 'grazed' by a bullet.. Why did 2Pac get shot all those times and Suge not get hit?

Disproof: Um that might be because the gunners were aiming for 2pac. Just a thought. The gunner was out of the car and standing at a diagonal angle from 2pac, is is not hard to aim at that position

Proof 15:The white Cadillac containing the assailants was never found... How could this be when Vegas is in the middle of a desert?

Disproof:There are roads that get out of Vegas, these things called interstate highways. They couldv'e taken one of those and dumped the car somewhere and there are junkyards in Vegas that will demolish the car.

Proof 16: Las Vegas is in the middle of the desert. How come there was no helicopter chase? If some one were to rob a casino, the LVPD would've chased you down with some helicopters.. . How come this didn't happen with 2Pac shooting?

Disproof: By the time that there was enought evidence to know who they were chasing, it was to late. They cant have a helicopter chase without knowing who they are going after, plus there are a lot of murders in this country and it is very rare that the killer is chased by helicopter

Proof 17:A shooting involving Snoop Doggy Dogg occurred close to the release of his album Doggystyle which made Snoop appear more "real" and showed that he really was a gangsta. The shooting gave him respect because everyone that bought his album believed what he was talking about. Within one week of its release, Doggystyle went platinum. Snoop is signed to the same label as Tupac which is Death Row Records.

Disproof: 2pac had already been shot and been to court on several cases. there was no doubt that he was real. He didnt need to prove anything. And his record sales were fine I dont think hed go through all this just to prove something that was already proved.

Proof 18: Suge said he drove 2Pac to the hospital and they had a coherent conversation? How bad was 2Pac hit?

Disproof:He never said that he had a converation with 2pac he said that he told Pac he was gonna bring him to the hospital and 2pac said why are you worried about me, you got shot in the head, and thats it.

Proof 19: 2pac is shown rapping in the video for "Smile" by scarface.

Disproof: This is not 2pac, its a double who lip synchs. Youll see in the video that they never shopw his face, just his body and the top of his head. he is looking down while he raps. That because the face is not his.

Proof 20:  In Richie Rich's album Seasoned Veteran, which was released on the same day as The 7 Day Theory, on the song "N*ggas Done Changed" which is a duet with Tupac, Tupac says the following lyrics: "I've been shot and murdered, can't tell you how it happened word for word / but best believe that n*ggas' gonna get what they deserve."  This phrase implies that Tupac knows he will be dead when Richie Rich's album is released.   Disproof: One question: If I died and i had said that I was gonna die would anyone think I was alive? Hell no

Proof 21: In Makaveli's (Tupac's) song "White Man's World" on album The 7 Day Theory, he says "We ain't never gonna walk off this planet unless ya'll choose to." Did he choose to walk off the planet by faking his death?

Disproof: If you listened to this song, its obvious that he is not talking about himself, hes talking about the black race.

Proof 22: In Tupac's song "Ambitionz az a Ridah" on the album All Eyes On Me, he says "Blast me but they didn't finish, didn't diminish my powers so now I'm back to be a muthaf*ckin' menace, they cowards thats why they tried to set me up, had b*tch *ss n*ggas on my team so indeed they wet me up, BUT I'M BACK REINCARNATED."  This implies that Tupac is reincarnated as Makaveli.

Disproof: 2pac is talking about the NY shooting in '94 and the Bitch ass niggaz were Biggie and Puffy. The reincarnation was him coming out of jail. he had often said that when he left jail he felt like he had a new life. he also said he felt like he was reincarnated because he should have died from the first shooting.

Proof:In Tupac's song "No More Pain" on the album All Eyes On Me, he says "A heart of a soldier with the brains to teach a whole nation." Could this be a reference to Machievelli or Jesus?

Disproof: Could be, but what does that have to do with him being alive?
