CARARA, NEVADA
Carara was originally a cement mine. The mine can still be explored, its at the base of the mountains. These pictures however, are of the site of the old cement mine that was here in the early 1900's or so.
This place has some of the neatest cement shapes and things for photographing, Cat had an absolute blast here! She and her friend Julie must have gone through several rolls of film at Carara, just screwing around trying to get odd photos! They're nuts if you ask me! I had a better time trying to chase
and capture all the lizards in the area. Much more fun!
