OPHIR CANYON

Ophir Canyon is a blast to explore! The ruins are scattered all over the upper part of the canyon and they are abundant! Mostly you can find stone house/cabin type ruins but there is also a HUGE shell of the mill! The mill is crumbling but looks like a castle! Very impressive and extremely cool!
This is the remains of what we think is called a "wattle hut", a cabin made from sticks/tree limbs and mud, made mostly by the native americans in the area.
However, we found a picture of what this structure looked like about 30 years ago and we arent completely certain. Anyone with more information, we would love to know for sure!
