PINE CITY MINE The Pine City Mine, once home to about 2000 people, is now just a couple of railroad cars and a mine shaft. There are some foundations of the old mill as well, but hardly worth mentioning really. Also, nearby - just above Arrowhead Lake, is an old homestead and mining spot. The foliage is lush, green and soooo beautiful. Its also crawling with mosquitos! UGH! Its definitely worth it though, its sooo beautiful!
