PINE GROVE, NEVADA
Pine Grove is located in the mountains just south of Wellington, NV. We recently drove up with the 4X4 club and had a total blast here!
We think the building above was an old boarding house. The inside is lined with old newspapers, dated back to 1867!
And this building above looks like an old school house to us but it was probably the mine office. There were also some rock ruins about the area, most likely dating back to the early days of Pine Grove.
The whole area is scattered with mines and we checked out one of them with our buddies Mike and Fletcher. One critter I dont like chasing, BATS! Good thing they slept while we were inside!
